Deleting an account

Follow these steps:

• Login to your 'Admin portal' -> ‘Accounts’

• Open the account that you would like to delete

• Click on ‘Delete Account’ to delete the account

When an account deletion request is made, it and its data are permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved.
