Copying bots

You can copy the bots from one account to another using the Admin Portal.

To do so, you can follow the following steps;

• Go to ‘Accounts'

• Select or Open the account from which you would like to copy the bot from

• Click on ‘Bots’

• Click on ‘Copy Bot’ icon against the bot you would like to copy

• Enter the destination account id or account id where you would like the bot to be copied to

• Click on ‘Copy Bot’ to move the bot

Make sure that the bot you are trying to copy is deployed at least once.

Only the deployed version of the bot flow will be copied.
