Help center
A help centre is a dedicated resource hub where users can find answers to common questions, access guides, and receive support for your product. It typically includes FAQs, tutorials, articles, and contact options for further assistance.
Help Center Buttons
You can check the options you want to show your users. Under Configuration, you can configure the following;
Read Help Articles: Link it with the portal from where your users can access the help articles related to your instance. You can also provide the title that will be visible to your users
Create a Desk: Allows you to connect your support portal with your instance allowing your users to create tickets for further assistance
Watch Tutorial Videos: You can connect your Youtube channel or any other portal through which users can refer to tutorial videos of your instance
Request Feature: Connect with your portal allowing your users to create a request for the feature that they would like to see it in the instance
Roadmap: Connecting with the portal that allows the users to have view on what’s coming
What’s New: Connect it with the portal that provides regular updates about the new features or functionalities rolled out
Article Links
Under this tab, you can link the help articles or tutorial videos with the associated action blocks. The users will be able to see the “How to use?” button on the action block, which will navigate them to the portal for further assistance.
