Templates

Your created chatbots can be templates to streamline interactions and enhance user engagement.

These templates can be easily adapted to fit various business needs, providing efficient automated support and personalized customer experiences. To create the templates, you can follow the following steps;

  • Go to ‘Templates’

  • Select the ‘Channel’ for which you would like to create the template

  • Click on ‘Create Template’ & configure the following:

    • Image: Upload the image that you would like to display it along with the template

    • Title: Give the title of your template

    • Bot: Select the bot that you would like to use it as template

    • Category: Choose the category in which your template belongs to

    • Description: Provide short description about your template

  • Click on ‘Create Template’ to create the template

You will first need to copy the bot to Account ID 1 if you would like to use it as “Template”
