Account events

Listen to events on your whitelabel.

Enabling the events, will give you access to define your webhook endpoint which would receive all the subscribed events.

Doing this let's you send automated emails to nurture the users that signup on your whitelabel.

List of events offered:

Event	Description
User	When the user updates their user details from the customer portal i.e. their name, photo etc.
Integration	When a user adds/removes an integration from their account.
Channel configuration	When a user adds/updates/deletes a channel configuration in their account.
Feature	When a feature is added/removed/updated for an account from the admin portal.
Conversation	When the conversation limit is 100% utilized on their account.
Teammates	When a user adds/removes teammates from their account.
Bot	When a user creates/updates/deletes a bot from their account.
Subscription	When a user purchases/upgrades/downgrades a plan in their account.
Account	When a new account is created or updated from the customer portal or admin portal.
