Listen to events on your whitelabel.

Enabling the events, will give you access to define your webhook endpoint which would receive all the subscribed events.

Doing this let's you send automated emails to nurture the users that signup on your whitelabel.

When the conversation limit is 100% utilized on their account.

Teammates

When a user adds/removes teammates from their account.

Bot

When a user creates/updates/deletes a bot from their account.

Subscription

When a user purchases/upgrades/downgrades a plan in their account.

Account

When a new account is created or updated from the customer portal or admin portal.
