Impersonating an account

Impersonation of an account allows you to take temporary access to that account. In order to impersonate, you can perform the following steps;

• Go to ‘Accounts’

• Select or Open the account which you would like to ‘Impersonate’

• Click on ‘Impersonate’ to impersonate the account

• Analyze the bot performance

• Create bots

• Test the bots

• and more.

Cannot do

• Change plans

• Downgrade/cancel plan
