To add support for Facebook as a channel, the following are the requirements:

  • Verified Facebook Business Manager

You’ll need to share your verified Facebook Business Manager access with the WotNot team

Once the access is shared with the WotNot team, they will create the Application on your behalf and submit it to Meta for approval.

Once the App is approved, the channel will be integrated with your instance.

Approval from Meta may take up to 1 - 3 weeks.
