Email channel

WotNot uses Loops.so as a transactional email service to send replies to incoming emails.

Why? — Loops does not charge for each transactional email, rather just the contacts stored.

Steps to enable email channel

1. Create an account on Loops.so

2. Invite dev+{your_whitelabel_name}@wotnot.io to your account

3. Notify your account manager that this has been done

4. WotNot team enables the integration

Make sure to replace {your_whitelabel_name} i.e. if your whitelabel name is acme you would invite [email protected]
